Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were huge and one of the biggest I've stayed in, with luxurious baths and amenities. The pool area was large with spacious bathrooms, although slightly worn out and needing small touches to reach a five-star standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The lagoon-facing rooms were spacious and had beautiful bathrooms partly open to the sky, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was a bit hit and miss, with staff needing better training and a more customer-oriented approach. The location by the lake was serene, but issues like mosquito bites and noise disturbances from late-night flight departures were drawbacks. Dining was a delight, with excellent options and a stunning view over the lagoon. Overall, the hotel provided a decent experience with room for improvement.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The Bawa room I stayed in was excellent, but a bit dog-eared. It was beautifully decorated, and the huge separate bathroom was partially under an open sky - such an amazing experience. However, the rooms felt a bit claustrophobic, small, and lacked lake views.
